Information you give us
If you fill in the enquiry form or ring the number on this site, we record the details you choose to share. That usually means your name, phone number, email, suburb and a description of the bathroom or laundry. Phone calls may be logged, and in some cases recorded, so enquiries reach the right person and can be followed up.
During a site visit, photos of the room may be taken. You might also choose to hand over documents such as an asbestos test result, an occupational therapist's report or correspondence from your strata manager.
Please do not send bank details, card numbers or identity documents through this website. We never ask for them here.
How it is used
Solely to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, organise a site visit, prepare a price and follow up. It is not used for unrelated marketing.
Sharing
This website refers enquiries. Your details are passed to the licensed builder we work in partnership with so they can get in touch, visit the property and quote. Once you deal with the builder directly, what you give them is handled under their own privacy practices.
If a job involves asbestos, the necessary details may be shared with a separately licensed asbestos removalist, and with regulators where the law requires.
Behind-the-scenes providers
The site relies on outside providers for hosting, call handling and a customer relationship management system. They process information on our behalf and only for those purposes.
Your information is never sold.
Retention
Enquiry records are kept for as long as they are useful for following up and for meeting legal record-keeping requirements, then removed or de-identified. Records connected to hazardous materials work may be kept for longer where the law says so.
Cookies and analytics
Cookies may be used to understand how visitors use the site. Blocking or clearing them in your browser will not stop the site from working.
Your rights
To find out what we hold about you, to correct it or to ask for it to be deleted, call 02 4307 6205. If you are unhappy with how a privacy concern has been handled, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
We may revise this policy occasionally. The version shown here is the current one.
